And, as suspected, there appears to be a little more to the story. Sounds like the Instacart people drove over the guys foot before he shot at them….but maybe not before he threatened them with a gun.

Colorado adopted some tougher gun control measures yesterday.

Nothing crazy but it shows that steps can be taken.

1- Raised minimum age to 21 to possess a firearm (with logical exclusions)

2- Minimum 3 day waiting period after background check to get gun.

3- Expanded existing red flag laws, allowing more people to petition for protective orders.

4- Removed liability protections for manufacturers of guns and ammo.
