2023 Fall Camp Notes - Wide Receivers and Tight Ends

Whew.  Now we don't have to hear about the walk-ons that are playing major snaps.
LMBO!   Yes this is true!  And good for Bullock, and the coaches for recognizing when a player should be on schollie (and practice with top 3 units during the season and travel with team for road games).  Heard his name (Bullock) throughout the offseason, so not exactly surprised.

Sounds like Gilbert is still having issues with drops. Although to be fair to him, it has to be hard to stay hyper focused when you don’t even know if you’re eligible to play.

Honestly such a big thing we need out of our receivers is at this point is really good run blocking for this scheme.
Agreed.

Also, if you watch some of the action clips from the "A Look N" series, some of the O Linemen look like they're still wearing stone shoes.  With the current receiver challenges, it only further emphasizes our need to run the ball.  It starts with the line, but yes, our receivers need to be exceptional here.

I would imagine right up there near the top of the list of things you SHOULD NOT DO while waiting on a pending NCAA waiver is:

"Do not burgle anything."

I don't think he was getting the waiver with or without the charge.

But it would have been very Nebraska Football of him to get the waiver and then do this a day later and get suspended/kicked off the team.
