Can our o/c make a q/b change, or is that only Rhule's call. Hard to blame him for all the offences calls not working, if his hands are tied about, HH.
GBR!!!
GBR!!!
1. Lawn work is super lame.I did needed yard work directly after the game, and I am not going to go back through this entire thread. I really didn't learn anything today.
- I am being realistic and known NU is a flawed team with a flawed roster, and the coaches aren't perfect.
- NU's margin of error is very slim each week.
- The D gave up some big plays which cost them points, which hadn't happened the prior 3 weeks.
- The offense is bad, but reasonable considering the amount of young guys and backups we are playing
- NU needs to do their best to find 2 QB's in the transfer portal. One young one, and one older one.
Are you drunk? Haha.1. Lawn work is super lame.
2. Totally agree, they are gonna get 2 QB's in the portal. Probably a grad transfer that is just looking to get that last year in and will be cool as a starter or cool if he (or she, relax SJW's) has to back up. And they will get a soph or Covid junior that still has like 6 years left for some reason.
Concerned we are signing another in the next cycle. Not feeling the thunderbird.I just found myself amazed, again, at the past couple years of just pure 100% misses in QB talent. I mean we are not an above average P5 team, below average really....BUT, we are a historic Blue Blood with a rabid fan base and amazing facilities...and we simply recruit QB's who were obviously starting QB's in HS but also the starting and/or 2nd string player on defense, and likely better at that position than QB...it's weird.
I don’t think these things are related. IDK if Illini QBs are capable of being developed but it’s obvious that ours are not.Does that mean that in those few weeks the Illini backup QBs were able to develop and the Husker backup QBs were not?
These refs were so against us that they called 0 penalties on Nebraska! The conspiracy theory is more than alive and well. These refs were atrocious and gave MSU points not to mention multiple missed calls that we needed.
To be fair his OLine was NU level garbage bad. So he should be able to hit the ground running next fall as he's used to running for his life a lotConcerned we are signing another in the next cycle. Not feeling the thunderbird.
Haha, I hope soTo be fair his OLine was NU level garbage bad. So he should be able to hit the ground running next fall as he's used to running for his life a lot
I thought Fidone had a very good block on Haarberg's TD run. He sealed his man on the inside, and Haarberg was able to follow the WR's who were blocking on the inside....additional thought, for how "jacked" Fidone is...he blocks like you would expect someone with gym muscles to block...not good
