You know....that could be.

But have you ever to that part of ND in the winter?   

And then contrast that to southern California?

It wouldn't take much arm twisting for me.

Assuming Entz is paid like a top-ten LB coach (with legitimate head coaching experience I think that's pretty safe) he's also in line for a raise from ~400k to the 600-700k range. May not offset the cost of living adjustment between Fargo and LA but it's still pretty significant.
