That kind of falls under the "Be careful for what you wish for' category.   The GOP got what they wanted, I'm Pro-life - I wanted restrictions.  But the SC took it to far and opened up pandora's box to the states for in many case draconian laws.   The GOP could face huge loses on this topic alone in 2024 esp if they as a group push a national mandate/constitutional amendment/law to restrict abortion to draconian levels.

Did you read the article like the OP suggested it just the headline?  It’s pretty clearly stated there is a rape exception.
LOL....until the laws get all the clinics shut down so it's a 9 hour drive with people like her unable to get there.

And, notice how many weeks it was before she even knew she was pregnant and could even start to consider an abortion.

The criminal AG down there appealed to the state supreme court so she's still waiting while her health is in danger over a fetus that won't live.  Maybe this should have been left up to her and her doctor to decide.

"The case involves Kate Cox, a 31-year-

old mother of two from the Dallas area, who asked the nonprofit Center for Reproductive Rights for legal help in obtaining an emergency abortion in Texas after she learned last week that her fetus had Trisomy 18, also called Edwards syndrome. The genetic condition is one “that cannot sustain life,”

Then there's the case of the woman in Ohio who had a miscarriage in her toilet.  The fetus was determined to have already been dead but she's being charged with abuse of a corps.

The sadism isn't a bug it's a feature.

This is so dumb.

1.  Men should have zero say about abortion unless it is "yes, abortion is totally fine"

2.  No one is getting abortions for fun, people need to stop acting like women are using it as "birth control"

3.  Stop pretending like "She can just carry the baby for 9 months and then give it up" f#&% off...
