1000% oh boy what could go wrongI'm not as current as you recruiting guys, but I think this is a good sign?
Sean Callahan said he was indeed planning on taking a mission. Guess that may have changed.Won't be an early enrollee but also NOT planning to take an LDS mission.
Also, he was reported to be 6-8 but only measured in at 6-5 on his visit to Nebraska.
I doubt we'll ever know what really just happened but it would be interesting....
Doesn't it seem like a classic case of Nebraska thought they had a genuine chance at better players, who went elsewhere, and so they went back to a lower player on the board?Won't be an early enrollee but also NOT planning to take an LDS mission.

All of those guys are guards or centers.Doesn't it seem like a classic case of Nebraska thought they had a genuine chance at better players, who went elsewhere, and so they went back to a lower player on the board?
They battled for the players in Nevada, didn't quite land them, and so they want with their next best choice.
Fair, but at 6'5" isn't Tapu likely to play inside? All of those guys are guards or centers.
Yes….So, other than Mills that went to Texas (similar rating), who were the other higher rated targets that we missed on for this position? The only other one I see is Sanders, but he was a long shot at best. All of those guys are guards or centers.
6’5” is just fine to play OT.Fair, but at 6'5" isn't Tapu likely to play inside?
Shawn Hammerbeck (still in play)Yes….So, other than Mills that went to Texas (similar rating), who were the other higher rated targets that we missed on for this position? The only other one I see is Sanders, but he was a long shot at best.
Usually it’s after high school.Do they have to take the LDS mission trip right after HS? Like that's part of the program or can it be after college.
