I’m not gonna be posting here that much now that it seems America has settled on the stupid conman fascist speedrun as I’ve decided our federal political system is just too broken and malignant to be worth bothering with, but still, reading through a couple pages of replies..

What the f#&% happened to us that our politics devolved into this brainless soap opera dynamic? It’s like watching Idiocracy happen in real time.

Amerca’s about to get the government they deserve. Buckle up.
This is like one of the posts you see from the upset Husker fans during a game thread!

From all accounts he wasn't though. You take the 15 dollar donation and run with it as if none of the other information about him exists.
Did you not just see where I said “That’s possible” and then give an alternate possibility?   It was the first two words I typed.

As @teachercdsaid in a different post.   People generally put their money towards their priorities.   $15 isn’t much, but it counts for something in this losers story

I'm not saying it doesn't count for something but focusing on that and ignoring the rest is an interesting way to approach it.

Also maybe we refrain from calling the kid a loser. What he did was abhorrent but part of the reason this situation even happened was due to excessive bullying. Not to say that is an excuse but it is a factor. Just don't see what good it does to continue on with that when it is likely part of the reason this person broke in the first place.

Wow the MAGA narrative has changed over the last 30-some pages.  The original overly emotional and hasty response was to flame anyone and everyone who ever questioned Trump's authoritarian bent as the reason a gun loving, registered Republican took a pot shot at a former president to "well maybe his $15 donation to Act Blue nine months before he registered as a Republican is enough evidence that I can once again call people who rightly point out Trump and his circle's documented autocratic intentions 'part of the problem '"
