What did we learn Bye Week #2

I learned watching teams today that our wide receivers suck.  None of our receivers would play for Colorado or Indiana., or really any good team.
Using the scientifically eyeball test, how many of our starters be on a top 25 team.  Not based upon potential, bu on current performance?  Barney?  Nash or Ty? (based on sheer size).  No one really stands out as a game changer.  I could be completely wrong. I'm just so jaded that why can't we turn this team around.....GT beating Miami....Indy.....SMU....

I learned that Indiana is proof that i think the main thing we are missing is coaching.  Not that we have bad coaches but bad schemes.  I think we have good players we just done use them properly.  I learned that having a QB like this is both a blessing and a curse.  I think we looked way past UCLA and there a better football team than most realized, (Iowa) learned that.  Ive learned that Rhule though a decent coach and a hell of a motivator and recruiter might be nothing more than the son of a preacher.  I also think we have every opportunity in front of us these last 3 weeks.  There is nothing out there that says we cant win our last 3 games.  And if we can just put it all together for at least one more.  We have a shot at making at least one game improvement than last year and that with the improvement on fumbles and ball turnovers i think it can be called a successful season.

"I think Phil (Snow) has been an all season voice/confident. I think it has been not as seamless as you'd like between John Butler and Tony White. Not that it has been bad, it has been different. It's not Coop (Evan Cooper)... The defense has looked mortal, but they've been good enough to win you almost every ball game."

I wondered this aloud on the board.  Is there a disconnect in scheme, teaching, expectations, technique? Granted it's comparing NFL talent to our DB's, but Butler's guys balled in Buffalo.  Maybe he's not as well versed in the scheme...

Maybe a nice leak to keep our DC?  Has to cast a little doubt in anyone considering him for a HC position.
