Nope the refs need to do their job and review it. WR did not have it to the ground.

We are own own worst enemy. Every game, we play against two opponents, the opposing team and ourselves which includes our inept coaches.

Maybe a little adjustment in order?  Throwing 3yd hitch routes with defenders all over them?
