Russia

I suppose this could make sense for China. They have never fought a modern war and it would be a good time to test combat capability, tactics, and their logistical efficiency in wartime. I have a feeling these were more or less for hire soldiers that happen to be Chinese..but I guess we will see.

Possibly.  But, fighting in Ukraine is much different than it will be in Taiwan.

Seemed like quite a few. I wonder how effective some of the foreign legions were in their defense efforts. Not speaking fluent Russian or Ukranian would seem to make things a little more confusing. Obviously they grouped guys together where English was the medium...but still.

It's crazy how the Ukraine and Gaza wars have faded into the chaos of everything America is doing to destroy our economy and global leadership. 

Remember when the Mueller Report or Hunter Biden's laptop or hydroxycholorquine were big news stories? It's just stunning how many legitimate crisis points we have going on at the same time. Even COVID pales in comparison to the multitude of existential threats.
