The Democrat Utopia

Dont wear masks, wear a badge and identify yourself by name and that you are apart of law enforcement,
Cool sounds great, should we then make it a felony to dox these law enforcement officers to avoid them and their families from getting threats?  Sounds like a good trade off.

dont zip tie children/teens up,
Has this been an issue for non-criminals?  I would be against zip tying kids who did nothing wrong.   Any links to stories?

use police vehicles and not unmarked cars
Police use unmarked cars quite a bit.  However a badge or vest identifying said person as law enforcement sounds like a perfectly acceptable idea.

dont send people without criminal records to a foreign gulag, if deporting do so humanely and send to correct country of origin,
Agree

keep humane conditions in the ICE dentention centers in the US as people await deporatation.
Agree, and let’s make it so these people don’t wait too long to get deported.   Shouldn’t take long at all.   “Are you illegally here”.  “Yes”. “Ok, you leave tomorrow”.  “No”. “Ok, show us proof of being here legally by next week.  Make as many calls as you need to have someone bring the proof.  Otherwise, you leave the following week”.

Theyve already showed up at multiple schools across the US including in Omaha
I couldn’t find the Omaha story.  Link?

Here are 2 novel ideas…….

Don’t Shield murderers, rapists, drunk drivers, etc….

Don’t cross the border illegally.

Seems like those two extremely simple things would solve 95% of the immigration problem.
So no thoughts on the questionable tactics federal agents are using, got it. Not even a “they shouldnt be wearing masks”. Not even the bare minimum from you, not shocked at all.

I didnt see any pushback when the deporter in chief, Obama, deported people. Because when you follow the law and do things by the book, it doesnt raise many questions. But yes, I agree I wish all the people they have been deporting are these types of criminals. But I live in reality, and most of the people they are deporting have no criminal record. Its easier to deport those people though because they actually show up for their court hearings, so its easy to just wait outside the courtroom and arrest them. Much harder to find actual criminals, so maybe they should focus their resources on them and not waiting in courtrooms for people doing it through the legal channels. Another radical idea.

Why is the mask thing a big issue?  I am not a fan of ICE or deporting, especially people here legally, we should make immigration as easy as possible like we did in the late 40's with the Displaced Persons Act.

I know this post will be unpopular but...

If I worked in law enforcement, I would rather no one knew who I was at all.

When I take my class to prison the guards tell us that they have "code words" with their family, just in case they see a former inmate out on the streets and they want their family to get away.  I would rather the former inmates just have no idea what I looked like.

I taught a kid and his Dad was head of a SWAT unit to hunt down gang members.  He had to go into hiding because a gang was trying to hunt him down because they knew his face/name.  His wife was terrified.

Good lord, we hide our identity HERE because we are worried about what might happen to us.

I would go as far as to say, anyone against the masks should now post their name, a picture of themselves and their address.

Let me say this...if I was a Fireman I would not even wear one of those masks with the O2 when I was watching a house burn down...because I would want everyone to know who the hero was.

so ice agents are deterred when someone protest them chasing a murderer into a school....but so brave that they use flash bangs and handcuff everyone when they are arresting people working as cooks and dishwashers in busy cafes.  maybe they need to not be deterred if they are chasing a (trust me bro...he is a murderer) and a little less aggressive when arresting the people who are actually working and contributing.

Because criminals can wear plain clothes and masks, say they are ICE agents and abduct people, rape people, etc. Law enforcement has a standard to uphold and all agencies policy requires officers to identify themselves. Masking your identity is not policy of ANY law enforcement agencies in the US.

Why do they all of sudden feel the need to conceal their identity? They never have with any other admin. Every admin deports people. If they follow the law and department policy, there wouldnt be any pushback or resistance from citizens.

Criminals can also dress like cops.

I mean, SWAT teams wear masks and face shields.

My brothers best friend is an undercover drug enforcement agent, he conceals his identity.

Story to the kids being zip tied in SA.
https://www.mysanantonio.com/news/local/article/migrant-kids-zip-tied-20351707.php

No news story to Omaha, it was a MEMO sent out by OPS admin to employees. My wife works for OPS. It let them know ICE was in the neighborhood of some of their schools and what the protocol is to handle if ICE wants to gain access.

Newsweek has a story with comment from DHS saying only an 18 yr old was zip tied and policy is to not zip tie any minors?  The picture in your article doesn’t seem to refute this as you only see one person zip tied and it’s also just the word of the immigration attorney and not a single picture or video to back it up.   I’m gonna need to see more before I believe the attorney.

And I agree with DHS policy to not restrain minors

So ICE was in a neighborhood that had a school close to it?  That’s practically every neighborhood in the suburbs I live in.   Certainly doesn’t mean ICE is trying to go into those schools.

Ill believe an attorney before I believe habitual liars like Kristie Noem. You can choose to believe whatever you want, doesnt matter to me one bit.

That’s kinda what everyone does🤷‍♂️.

The interesting thing about the attorney is he had a camera and access to being around the people in question, yet couldn’t come up with a single picture of three kids 9 and younger being zip tied to show to mysanantonio.   Instead he gave a picture of an alleged adult male but claimed the others were tied up too.   Sounds like an attorney with an agenda to me
