The charges are trumped up BS because they're still claiming on the basis of one anonymous source that he's MS-13 and was being paid to transport illegal aliens.

He was transporting himself and other undocumented dudes to a job site. 

The charges will fall apart and they'll deport him somewhere allowed by the law this time. Book it.
