Good. Hopefully they lose appeals and SCOTUS turns it down.

What’s the point of having National Guards under the purview of the state if the president can just usurp their command whenever they feel like it and cut out the governor?

That type of thing would lend itself to just using them as a cheap political prop. Oh wait…

Well, I don't know if it would be a good thing going to the SC. I'm not sure if you would get a 5-4 decision or not. I could see Robert's taking a stand, but the beer drinker and the handmaid are unpredictable right now.

Again (assuming this is all as it appears), how does it make sense that the person who helped serve our country at massive life and death risk to him and his family is the bad guy, and the masked goons with no explanations and no warrant presented are the good guys?

That’s the most disgusting part. They’re largely a bunch of draft-dodging chickenhawks. Or, in Hegseth’s case, a drunk unqualified TV host dips#!t.

And they’re spitting on what should be a sacred obligation we made to these people for what they did for us. 
 

None of that matters to the merry band of MAGA a$$h@!es, who never met a foreigner they didn’t love punching down at.
