Senior Lydon Murtha has indeed moved over to the right tackle position, where he’ll be backed up by redshirt freshman Marcel Jones. Sophomore Mike Smith is listed as the team’s No. 1 left tackle, in front of sophomore Jaivorio Burkes.
The word "or" appears twice now under the I-back position. Apparently, there is little separation between senior Marlon Lucky, sophomore Roy Helu and sophomore Quentin Castille.
Two true freshman linebackers, both listed as backups, made the two-deep sheet – Will Compton at MIKE and Sean Fisher at BUCK. True freshman Ben Cotton was also listed as the team’s No. 4 tight end.
Sophomore Anthony West is the Huskers’ starting cornerback opposite senior Armando Murillo. Sophomore Prince Amukamara is behind West.

Interesting development at the tackles spot. Burkes was going to have a breakout season, and he was the O-line's rising young star...how far has he fallen behind with the injury? Are we expecting him to overtake Mike Smith at left tackle? Or is Murtha going to be switched back once Burkes gets caught up (if he gets caught up)?

The depth chart was released Tuesday.
Lot of "ors" at running back. It's Marlon Lucky or Roy Helu or Quentin Castille. Take that for what it's worth. Shawn Watson has said on repeated occasions Lucky is the starter.
Interesting finds: Sean Fisher is the backup at BUCK linebacker behind Tyler Wortman. Will Compton is the backup to Phillip Dillard at MIKE linebacker.
Fisher and Compton are two of three true freshmen who showed up on the depth chart. Ben Cotton is listed as the fourth-string tight end.
Mike Smith is listed as the starter at left tackle, ahead of Jaivorio Burkes who missed two weeks of fall camp because of high blood pressure. Lydon Murtha is the starter at right tackle.
At right cornerback, Anthony West gets the nod for now over Prince Amukamara.
And despite all the chatter about offensive lineman Ricky Henry this fall camp, the junior newcomer was not on the two-deep.

I think it is mainly a reflection of the time Burkes has missed and that he'll be a starter sooner or later.
Looks like they're gonna try to take advantage of their depth and shirt Henry.
Wonder what is going to happen with Baker, Levorson and Cooper.
As opposed to BC I think Bo will shirt as many as possible.

If the RB race is truly as close as an "or" listed on the depth chart for 3 different backs. We could be in for one heck of a year on the ground. As long as the O-line can get some holes opened up and we have legit passing threat I could foresee a 1500 yd season for one of the backs.

The HOG MOLLIES need to stay healthy. I think most of the backups are pretty good, but very little heated experience.

I like the line-up here and for the most part it's not a surprise to me other than Burkes.
