We received a report of a possible spammer in the NBA section of the board. You can find the thread here. I suspended their account for 7 days pending your review for a possible ban. According to knapp, in the active reports section, this individual has posted two posts about their own website. I wanted to leave it up to you guys on what to ultimately do. I did send them a PM/e-mail about this issue. Hope I did this correctly?

No harm here BRI. I think erasing the website in the posts was perfect. Please do that again when necessary, because that is in competition with tickethippo an advertiser for us. BRI and team, to go the extra mile with our customer service next time post a reply to the thread in the forum for everyone to see. This way you let our members see the warning and can police further more for us. Let everyone know this is not permitted. Than copy that very post and paste it to a PM to the member. Kill two birds with one stone.

Looks like you are a new member, we appreciate you signing up and giving the board a chance. It looks like you have posted a link that was not permitted on the board without permission first. Please feel free to PM any moderator or administrator with the name of the website before posting. It appears you have done this in two seperate posts. This leads us to believe you are spamming the board. We would be happy to hear from you and let you offer your side if we are wrong. Please feel free to PM me directly if needed or respond to this post. Again, it's great to have you on as a member. Thanks Eric

Also, next time hold off on the ban and allow them one opportunity to correct him or herself. If they do it again anywhere.......BAN!!! I know it looks obvious and this jerk either won't post again or will do the same thing, but because of the man power we have now, we give them the opportunity.
