No, there is absolutely no way Okie State could lose to Oklahoma then go to the Big 12 championship.

2/3 of the BCS consists of human polls and they will have Oklahoma enough spots ahead of Okie State.

And anyway, the computers will have OU ahead of OSU, too, with an OU win.

As it's a conference championship the games played outside the conference don't factor in directly. So no, a team's overall record doesn't have any effect (other than the obvious effect it would have on poll and BCS ranking).
