Great pickup for Bo and Co.
I see he was an All Stater and the his numbers are legit. And the stars are probably do to lack of film.Commit without stepping foot on campus.
Deion should be a 4* player once his film hits the recruiting sites if all is to believed to be true with this guy. From what I've heard, the kid is an absolute monster of a LB, but isn't widely known because of his lack of film at this point.
So in theory, after this kid tears it up again this fall, and LSU throws out the offer he is gone.
After waiting several fruitless months for scholarship offers from LSU and Alabama that never arrived, Jesuit linebacker Deion Jones decided the time had arrived to make a college selection.
His coach says he projects to weigh 220 when he graduates hs, if he does get up to that size and retains his speed that would be awesome. He's a little light for a linebacker, but his speed makes up for it.
Welcome :bigredn: , Jones

We recruited him as a LB, and he will play LB when he gets here. That was a main reason we secured his committment, alot of other schools saw him as a DB.With his speed I could see him at SS. Could be a devastating hitter if gets a little bigger and can keep his speed!! Could see him look like an Eric Berry, Ed Reed, or Sean Taylor!! chuckleshuffle
And probably the same that was said about Terrell Farley or DeMario Williams. Just think about the 94-95, well the glory years at NU, and think about OLBs like Eric Johnson, Tony Ortiz, Jamal Williams, etc. All guys that could fly not a one checking in over 225He's a little light for a linebacker, but his speed makes up for it.

Um, pretty sure they said the same thing about Lavonte David.
