He's the GOP version of Dennis Cusinich(pretty sure I spelled that wrong) He runs every year, and is never a real viable candidate. And Cusinich never got many questions either.

Personally I have never understood the fascination so many people have with Ron Paul.

 
I get the fascination with Ron Paul, I just think his ideas won't work in the real world.

Kucinich should have gotten more questions, if only so that he could have stayed in the race longer and we could look at his wife more often.

 
They're going to nominate the wrong candidate. Obama is going to win, because it will be just like the same scenario that Bush-Kerry was. Both sides suck, but Bush was less suck than Kerry. It's the same just a flip flop.

If you really listen to Paul, or any of the hard line libertarians, solutions for every problem are obfuscated with rhetoric that sounds reasonable but rarely (if ever) has any demonstrated efficacy.

Anyway baring an epic skeleton jumping out of the closet, Romney grabbing the nomination seems to be a forgone conclusion now. It's over when Rush starts backpedaling and saying well, maybe Romney is not such a bad guy after all even if he's not "really" a conservative. It's amazing how quickly the Republicans go from total disarray to falling in line. Although, with the Koch brothers apparently all in with Cain it will be interesting to see if that poison pill is forced onto the ticket.

It is unfortunate that you have chosen to make light of a movement that is involved in a good percentage of the conflicts around the world. This Holy War that is often characterized as Convert or Die.

The Koch Brothers are amateurs compared to Soros. I don't have any movie from the 80's to compare him to.

Only PAC Soros has given to lately is the House Majority PAC, which reports a few million in funding. Americans for Prosperity (Koch) and American Crossroads (Karl Rove) will be dumping hundreds of millions into the election from just a handful of undisclosed plutocrats. People who live in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida are going to be bombed around the clock on every medium by PAC funded negative ads for the better part of a year.

That's probably why I don't get it. I'm completely a cynic, and the lines the libertarians tend to spew trip all my alarms. That and I trust big business less than I trust the Government. And his ilk always seem to be pushing 'private business' as the answer to everything.

Maybe it is the small sample size of Daily Show clips, but it seems like Mitt Romney flat out took Rick Perry to school.

And Herman Cain as well, to Mitt Romney's School of Analogies.
