Not what I heard. Collinsworth said twice that he got lucky. Which he did.Playing his first game in the NFL today just got a huge interception.
The announcers are loving him. Been talking him up all game and keep mentioning NEB.
GBR!
Probably because Young underthrew DeSean so he was able to recover, but he still had to make the play, which he did.Not what I heard. Collinsworth said twice that he got lucky. Which he did.Playing his first game in the NFL today just got a huge interception.

After watching the video, I am confused. How did he get lucky? Looks like a legit play to me.
The ball was way underthrown and Prince got beat badly. Vince Young underestimated how fast Jackson was. He played the underthrown ball well, I'll give him that. But if the ball was thrown earlier he was beat by 5 yards. Not what I heard. Collinsworth said twice that he got lucky. Which he did.Playing his first game in the NFL today just got a huge interception.

I was just stating that Collinsworth said he got lucky, twice. And that he was beaten badly but the ball was underthrown. Fact and fact. The thing is 90% of interceptions are poorly thrown balls. Nitpicking.
Very well. Chris Collinsworth is wrong. You are right.Nice. THe pass was 50 yds down the field. Prince was not out of position. You can play off the receiver a bit when you're that far down the field. QBs can throw 70 yd pin point strikes.
