IP.Board 3 Tutorials

Yeah - that's what is not up to date. The 72.249...server is not online, and the board obviously is. Also, trying to ftp into 'huskerboard.com' doesn't work with the given login info.

Add one for the to-do list or for anyone who does have FTP access right now.

The smilies are scrollable! The images for the buttons are missing in the folder for this theme, though. They have to be copied over.

Those images are located here:

Code:
http://www.huskerboard.com/public/style_images/master/editor/next.png
http://www.huskerboard.com/public/style_images/master/editor/prev.png
And will need to be copied here:

Code:
http://www.huskerboard.com/public/style_images/qb_test/editor/

Try this (and I've updated the information in the link) and let me know which password worked:

Host Name: node01.tmddedicated364.com

Password: Huskerboard1

If that doesn't work, try Huskerboard! for the password.

Interesting - the entire /editor folder is missing from the qb_test folder. I downloaded it from the /master folder and then tried to upload it to /qb_test and it failed - no permissions. So, I tried to create the folder to then upload the individuals files. Failed again for lack of permissions. I'll have to contact Joe and see if he can fix the permissions for that.

I changed it, but it's still further down on the page than I'd like. It's the dang video player, but that can't be helped too much, that has to be near the top of the page.

Frank, you're right about the FTP. Weird, I don't know what's up with it.

What do you guys think about moving Recent Topics above Status Updates? Is that important enough to bring higher?
I don't think so. My impression - and I could be wrong - is that folks tend to either enter forums and browse, or they use the New Content option. I don't think many use the New Topics option.
