CB Devian Shelton [USC Commit]

I'm afraid that we'll lose Shelton to UW. Why I think we'll lose Shelton to UW because the coach that was recruiting Shelton at Oregon State got the same gig at UW. If UW wows Shelton like Lincoln did plus you throw in the same coach recruiting him from Oregon State then I believe he'll be a Huskie.

Legett is out, Shelton probably UW bound, and Ford is high on Utah I guess. Who else is out there???

 
Someone on the previous page said he could be announcing next week. Was supposed to announce this week. Decided to take one more visit.

 
Oregon State still leader and NU is right there. NU was best visit hands down. Washington has ground to make up. Sounds like he'll check out Tennessee. NU is visiting today.

Interesting, I was under the impression that Oregon State wasn't a factor anymore. I like our chances with him

Interesting, I was under the impression that Oregon State wasn't a factor anymore. I like our chances with him

WU was a good visit for him. I would guess after tonight he'll skip Tennessee and decide between us and WU. Tennessee just had their #1 CB left on the board give them the nod over the weekend. His coach says he's very close to making up his mind. From others involved, it sounds like he is a very strong lean to us at the moment.

At Washington he would be walking into something brand new, not knowing how it will work out. He knows what he is getting at NU.

I see him holding onto the title of "soft verbal" to Oregon State just to solidify a spot.

 
Someone quickly point out to him that the last CB Nebraska sent to the NFL is playing in the Super Bowl as a ROOKIE..... Over the past few years, we have almost become Corner Back U.....
