I'll await why we didn't take this guy. I'm bummed we are not an $EC type team to extend an offer and make room. I think this guy is gonna be a stud ... and I think we need another DT in the pipeline. Kinda feel sick to my stomach over not taking him. Even if we get who I think we will ... I still hate losing this kid.

 
That post was an error I believe. He set up a thread on that as well but he jumped the gun and found an old offer I believe he said.

 
Curry called off his visit to A&M this weekend and will only visit TCU this weekend. On Sunday evening he'll announce his college choices between Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, and TCU.

 
We did drop our recruitment on Curry due to scholarship limitation.

"When they talk about looking at numbers, they have to make sure those guys they offered early are going to come," Curry Sr. said. "If they don't come, that might open it up for them to take defensive tackles. If everybody comes, they might just take one. So that's where we're at on them.

After reading the article about Curry, it crossed my mind that we may not be out of it for him yet. If somebody that we are going after goes another way, we have room for Curry, so why not grab him. But with him supposedly announcing on Sunday, I don't see it happening.

Sucks.

 
If we don't land four more recruits I'll be disappointed we turned him down. If we don't land VV I'll be dumbstruck.
