He did not as that was not torture. And if BO isn't guilty of A & A then he is guilty of acessory after the fact. That is if there was a crime by Cheney.

BO could be guilty of was crimes like A &A on the drone issue

He knew bombs were killing innocent civilians

The bombs killed innocent civilians

He ordered the bombs to be dropped on innocent civilians.

You aren't very good at this.

Show me where Obama ordered that bombs be dropped on innocent civilians. Remember that you have to prove intent. Collateral damage won't work.

Also, will you be at any home games this year? We'll have a little huskerboard gathering where you can volunteer to be waterboarded. Your opinion will change. Just like Muller, Hitchens, Levin, etc.

 
He intended to drop the bombs knowing there would be innocent people dying. He knew he would kill innocent people I think that is the intent.

And if you use that logic with waterboarding then you can't do anything to make an enemy combatant uncomfortable. I never said it was a ride at Disney did I? Of course it made the men uncomfortable, I don't think you are going to get information from them giving them a big mac meal and letting them watch porn. :lame

America's greatness is diminished by our previous endorsement of torture.

We, as a people and a country, should be better than that. Thank goodness Obama ended it.

 
There is only one reason to thank the POTUS since he took office and that is he took out UBL. America's greatness was not diminished other than in your mind. BO ended it and I really am apathetic to the tactic but I do take umbrage calling a VP or POTUS a war criminal. :hmmph
