Just getting accepted to stanford is a huge deal to so many kids. The academics are 2nd to none. Take andrus peat for example, he stated he just couldnt pass up the academics that stanford offered.

Stanford is definitely the Harvard of the West. Trust me. I'm from Colorado and it is a huge deal if someone you know goes to Stanford.

From what I hear, Andrus was wandering around Lincoln looking for away to get out of his Stanford scholly and get back to Lincoln full time to be with his brother Todd and all the other Huskers...

Wish we had made a push for him earlier. Had the opportunity to get a leg up on the competition. Sounds like he is Stanford's to lose if they offer, but they already have two 4* LB's committed so maybe an offer isn't coming.

Sounds like Nebraska and USC are looking at him as an H-Back type player, while the rest are looking at him on the defensive side.

I believe his Grandpa played here at DONU, and that was his connection. Don't worry Irie the kid still has plenty of interest in us.
