I wouldnt say im completely confident but we are still in a good spot. Dont forget he has a friend that plays for us already (Rose) so the friend thing isnt too big of a deal. I dont like how he says he likes the SEC, what a stupid reason to pick a college. He seems smarter then that anyway. He has been pretty straight foward and given both schools the same love, so its really hard to tell. The guys at 247 that actually talk to him say we still have a very good chance. He almost committed during BRW, and he never said that about Arkansas, so we have that advantage and with the coaching changes hes going to be playing for a head coach he hasnt even met yet, again advantage us. I say 60-40 us.

Damn hadnt heard that, he said he was "very close" to a decision the other day. Wonder if this visit is to make sure he is doing the right thing, or one last visit to make sure NU is the right place? Could be either one, but im guessing its no bueno.

was at arkansas camp today, his buddy that he wants to play with jamone boyd 4 star out of missouri was there too. Neither of them committed at the camp but both will be deciding soon

 
Well he didnt commit while he was on campus so we still have a shot here. Guys are saying he is really torn between both schools. I just hope he doesnt fall into the playing in the SEC deal. Had they not fired Petrino i think he would have committed there awhile ago.

 
Interesting development with Hannon. Remember his friend Boyd that didnt have an offer from us but has one from Arky? They have been talking about playing together for ahwile now. Well turns out he has an offer from us that hasnt been reported to any of the sites, and he is high on NU. This is straight from Hannons mouth, he might just be ours. And its not like Boyd is a slouch either, hes the number 7 rated player in Mizzou.

Nexus posted ahwile back the staff reported 210 offers out (cant remember the exact number) but the closest site to that number was rivals and they were still 30 or 40 offers off. Apparently Boyd is one of those offers. Hannon says he never updates his recruiting with the anaylists.

 
can we make him a thread? Im not gonna lie jamone boyd Overall is probably a better prospect than zach hannon

 
I was thinking about it, but Nexus is good at it. Boyd is a great prospect, and i think if Hannon commits we would have a great shot with him. I think the staff is higher on Mathis thou, considering we already have 2 DE, we will only take one more i would imagine. Boyd isnt sure if he wants to commit this early, but Hannon sounds like he has his mind made up.
