Had a senior break the Squat, Bench, Clean and 3 lift total school record over the last 2 days. 1240 lbs total, (550 squat, 360 clean, and 330 bench).

This OJ 30 for 30 has been fantastic. Was only 6-7 years old at the time this took place, amazing piece of work by the producers.

Just found out that in North Platte, Dish network doesn't have the Local Channels (ABC, CBS, FOX etc) in HD. Only Standard Def. In this day and age, there should not be standard def anymore.
