After looking at the state outline picture for a bit, I don't think it's red at all, looks like they put like a filter over half of it.

I think the helmet will be kind of a grey/white fade dealio going on. Maybe a rounded 3d decal with the state and the N on it. Dark grey facemask. Grey jersey with that red textured number, pants a combination of grey/white fade going on.

Also interesting tidbit. The helmets also included all the county names on a bumper. So like for Nebraska you would have Red Willow on a helmet, Thayer, Buffalo, Dawson, etc...

That would be cool to do for all of the county scholarship players.
