2016 Alternate Uniforms

What's the source on knowing that the alternates were supposed to be released last week?

 
They are almost always announced the week or two before Fan Day, and there has been a mock-up of the uniform at Fan Day the last two or three years.

I emailed a member of the media asking if they had any idea if we are wearing an alternate this year and that was their response.

Traditionally we have announced them a couple weeks before fan day like someone else already said and then they have a generic "#16" or whatever the calendar year is displayed at fan day.

 
If they don't announce today, or soon, it almost makes me wonder if they went back to the drawing board and are coming up with something to maybe tie in a tribute to Foltz. I read/heard multiple places say he really liked the alternate uniforms.

 
Any guesses which way we go? I guessed right with the heavy black last year. This time I am guessing we go heavy on the white, maybe a road alternate but probably not. And then something subtle to honor Foltz.
