I have decided to de-commit from Nebraska and open up my recruiting again.

@michaelheinauer He was a 2016 commit, so no impact for this year. It was a mutual parting, IMO. Both sides are better off.

We did reach out to him after he de-committed but decided we weren't interested anymore.
