From the little bits I've read, for the fans its more about the experience, and bar hopping, than the game.
I'm quite fine with that and kind of (I hate the cold) wish I was up there to take part of those festivities.

Game, from what I saw, was boring AF.
We started at Sandy's and at 9:30am it was DEAD...I was a bit worried.
By 10:30 it started to get a bit more busy in Lincoln and we hit up Duffy's...then off to 12th Street pub...Tall boy and shot for 5 dollars...ordered 4 of those and they gave me the wrong change sooooo...instead of costing 20 it only cost 12 dollars for 4 tall boys and 4 shots...
off to Barry's...MY GOD...the girl dress code is clearly yoga pants, with a sweatshirt that is cut above the belly button.

I don’t think I’ve ever been so excited for a TV premier. Great writing from the books all the way to the show. Hopefully the reports of Martin releasing the final book after the final episode are true.Gorging on turkey
