** 2022 Countdown to Kickoff **

I’m sure the actual tail gate start time will be Friday night before opening game day.  Extra heavy drinking will likely be needed as there is risk of serious fail this fall.  This is an almost all or nothing round.   
And no, it’s not taking any extra risk, the risk is the result of the failures of the past 20 years and the past 7 in particular.  
The thing we have going for us is that Frost came in to the job a very green, inexperienced, raw coach with lots of ego and pride and self confidence.  He’s no long longer that coach - having been schooled by a bunch of wily veteran types.   He’s had time to learn by some pretty hard knocks.  He shouldn’t be caught staring at headlights anymore.  
It’s his time to shine, if he’s ever going to do it, it’s now.

so I couldn't find the season prediction thread but a lot of ppl aka Phil steel is putting out season prediction stuff I got one guy predicting huskers win the west and go 10-2 and losing to OSU in the title game and going to the orange bowl against Pitt and finishing in the top 10 in the polls. Phil says they are a west title contender and could win the west.
