Gotta love Teams from San Diego, Las Cruces, Long Beach and Corpus Christi all coming to Lincoln to play baseball in March!

Other than Manhattan and omaha, all games played at home in march! Going to be a fun season!

San Diego St was booked the weekend they were suppose to be coming to Lincoln, so who knows if we will be at home that weekend or even have games.

There is a couple teams on baseballinsider looking for a series, but most have filled their openings. UC Davis, Western Illinois and Nebraska seem to be the only teams trying to fill that date. I'm sure Nebraska is thinking RPI and doesn't want to fill the weekend with any warm bodies.

Especially if the Big Ten isn't going to be as strong like the preseason rankings are indicating.

Evan Bland said news on an opponent for the first weekend of march, will drop this week. Expect Nebraska to be on the road instead of home

I went last year chuckleshuffle    It was great.   All 6 teams finished in top 15

1 Mississippi State

3 Texas

5 Arkansas

11 Texas Tech

13 Ole Miss

15 TCU

However, I will bypass the 2nd annual tourney this year $$$

Would really like to see another 3 game series against a top 40 foe or... a 4 game weekend mini tourney with at least 2 of the games against a top 40 team.. (Maybe 1 opponent each from the West Coast Conference and Big West Conference)

Welp, looks like its gonna be a 3 team pod at Texas-Arlington. UT-Arlington and Northwestern St. Both Middle of the road Mid-Majors last year.
