2022 SF Isaac Traudt [Virginia Commit]

Grew up an Oklahoma football fan because a lot of his mom's family are Oklahoma fans.  OU had been recruiting him pretty hard but they had to reset after Lon Kruger retired.

I usually don't get the feeling this means much to a recruit.  But, I get the feeling he likes Nebraska and has a good relationship to Fred.  But, he's waiting to see what the team looks like and how they do this season.  This is shaping up to be a season where the program takes a decent jump with the talent we have coming back and on the team.  If we show a big jump in results, it might go a long ways to sealing his commitment.

Hmmm that must’ve been updated. I copied/pasted the 5 straight from the article.

OU been on fire on the trail and portal as of late so that’s worrisome. We’ve got our work cut out for us here.

Creighton isn't an "official" visit. Not sure how much it matters, he has been there for a visit before.

OU is certainly a legit landing spot. Moser is a great coach and for some reason I thought I read that Tradut's family are OU fans? Might be remembering that wrong.

They are.  He was being recruited pretty hard by the previous staff.  OU had to kind of start over with their new staff but I'm sure the draw is still there.
