** 2023 Opponent Preview : Colorado (Game 2) **

TCU is playing BAD. 

This isn't even a shadow of the team that made it to the playoffs last year.

If CU ends up winning this I wonder if they’re ranked next week.. 
 

Obviously not confident we win.. but if we did it would make it a little sweeter if they’re ranked.

Colorado has more talent, especially on offense.

I definitely say QB is a huge difference. That probably is the game there. The difference in QB play is huge. Sanders is effortlessly completing intermediate routes while Sims reads poorly and throws with bad mechanics.

I don't know fellas, I am a we will see kind of guy. But might not be good for Nebraska. But then again could be that TCU is not worth there ranking or then again Colorado could be that good.

Everyone knows CU brought in some talented skill guys. But dang their OL has given Sanders lots of time and he is very good with time to throw.  Why does our OL stay mired for years with the hey we need time for the unit to play/gel.  CU pass protection has been very good in game 1.  Will be interesting to see how TCU pressures the QB in second half.

Whelp at least I bet $20 on Minnesota straight up with Husker bet with the heart guy at work and rolled that over to double or nothing next week.  This won't even be close.

Colorado looks good but the TCU defense looks anemic.   From their calls to tackling,  not impressive at all.   

2nd half will be interesting.

Shadeur Sanders looks to be the real deal.  I don’t see NU winning next week unless things drastically change with the offense and Sims

Nobody saw this coming. TCU was a 20 point favorite.  We are getting drubbed next week.  One thing I agree with Sanders is that you need players to win. He has them,  we don’t.

This is why I don’t really have the patience to give Rhule the benefit of the doubt. We are seeing in real time that a team can be turned around in one offseason. Rhule and Sat better pull their heads out of their asses and do something about this offense, like yesterday.

Colorado is much improved and it’s still a long season also. BUT the BIG difference is Deion wiped out everything that didn’t match the direction he wanted to go and rhule tried to fix our trash and it turned out to be trash again for the most part. We are more spirited but we lack real dudes in critical positions
