If I'm trying to determine if your buddy is good enough for the PGA tour, the fact you're terrible doesn't matter.

 
Pretty hilarious - as much as I dislike them, I'm pretty confident Iowa does pretty much everything above board. So the one time they "cheat" in a way that 90% of other teams do all the time, they do it so bad they get caught. Pretty meaningless punishment, and I'm fine with that because there are much worse offenders. 

 
My first thought is it’s funny they’d have to violate rules to get the classes they get. I dunno what their average is but I think #32 in 2024 was fairly high for them. They were #41 in 2023. 

But I’d definitely rather have their records and recruiting classes vs. our records and recruiting classes the past 10 years.

Sounds like they must have been talking to McNamara before they should have been.

 
This will totally disappear during thanksgiving, but I have a new found respect for Kirk.  He does things his way and he wins enough to get away with that. Even after all this heat he's taken he's still going to roll out a crappy offense, win a bunch of games and do it exactly how the man wants to run his program.  The defense is going to be awesome and somehow it never causes a locker room problem that they carry the team while offense craps itself over and over again.
