** 2024 Opponent Preview : USC (Game 10) **

Certainly this is a game that is far more winnable than the Ohio State game. That said, they still have a ton of talent. I'd much prefer if we had this one at home simply from the advantage that'd give us.

RN under Lincoln Riley, USC is 5-8 in their last 13 games played (which includes a bowl game victory - otherwise 4-8 reg season)   :hellloooo

However, they have lost to some pretty good opponents - Penn State, Minnesota, Michigan, Notre Dame, Utah, Washington, Oregon & UCLA (rivalry).

But they did beat Louisville (Bowl game), LSU & Wisconsin.

In their last 6 games at home, USC is 2-4.

You sure Nebraska has no chance to beat them by  playing them tough and physical?

Before the season began I thought Nebraska would get boat-run this game and after what transpired this weekend makes me even more confident in my prediction.  SC has too much talent to have lost as many games as they have to the teams they have lost to.  I think they will start to turn their season around.  We shall see.

Somehow, they will get their groove back when they play us. That is our superpower. Giving struggling teams hope when they are down. We are so generous that way.
Of course they have a bye week to right the ship.  Guessing you are correct that they play pretty well against us.

Come on man, that's extremely harsh.

If none of yall want to watch the game for fear of losing or whatever, that's fine.  I have no problem with that.  But don't complain and b!^@h and ruin it for the rest of us.

Nebraska vs USC in the Coliseum is a great matchup for people across the states that do want to see it.  It's a game that rarely happens in the past 30-50 years.  Win or lose, I cannot wait.  And I will be cheering on the Huskers in this one.  If I have to tip my hat to USC, fine.  But I will not miss this game.
