If you want to know how seriously to take 247's transfer ratings just know that they ranked Dante Dowdell an 89 rating while having Emmett Johnson at 85.
These are not very deep levels of analysis beyond the superficial stats and high school rankings.

Princewill being the best or one of the better rated guys was actually insane to me. He has potential but that is crazy. Going into his junior season with limited production.

Dante is a power running back while Emmett is a shifty fast running back apparently they value power over speed which you would think it would be the other way around. Dante is not going to make the first man miss and has a hard time finding the hole in the o-line. I had high hopes for him here but he turned into a situational goal line back. Good luck to him at Kentucky.

He is far from the worst guy in the class lol. The Mississippi State transfer to me is perplexing. FCS guy too.
I don’t get that feeling if Marshall commits.
