The Alabama experts that follow the Tide and talk Bama football, have criticized QB Milroe for pass-pro problems.  Because Milroe looks only at his initial WR, then immediately gets happy feet and starts moving around the pocket.  As a 2 year starter at QB, that is unacceptable.  But also, it makes pass protection so much more difficult for the lineman when he bails out so quickly, instead of stepping up into the pocket and throwing.  Even DR has done a good job stepping into the pocket.  

Pritchett started 11 games and as a first time starter, probably gained a lot of experience on Alabama's dime.  And lets not forget, just like Raiola, he was a 5 star HS recruit.  Size and talent.  Played SEC football (and not in the MAC or Mountain West).  This is a great addition to the line and we sorely needed that filled with the best we can get. Mission accomplished.

The guy has played a large number of snaps at a high level program. Why wouldn't we want that? His stats? They are pretty similar to the guy he is replacing and although we bag on that guy he started a lot of games and played a lot of snaps. It is obvious the staff isn't sold on the young RT behind him.

Also, as far as character issues, sometimes people need a fresh start. The STI thing is super lame. The guy in line behind Benhart has a history of stomping on opponents while they were on the ground during HS. Is that good? Bad? Indifferent?

I couldn't agree more also since he never got kicked off the team then is it isn't really a big deal to me.
