I think it's a term that has seen wider circulation in the age of Twitter, where we can see casual chatter from and between political staff all the time. Probably didn't take a character limit to create it.

It's just hilarious how he is reacting to this. He literally does the same thing to Bill every. single. day. He tells everyone Bill assaulted those women, because they said so. This is exactly the same thing! I actually believe all of them, both the Trump and Clinton accusers.

But Bill isn't running.

 
What amazes me is that there isn't more off the rail stuff posted on his twitter ... he has to be losing his mind right now ... somebody certainly has changed his password or taken away his computer/phone privileges. I anticipate at one of these upcoming rallies he'll slip horribly.

Honestly I just laugh every time he says "wikileaks". It sounds so childish compared to "sexual assault", "sexual predator". etc.
