That just brings up so many memories. You talk about a kid who idolizes a player, that was me. I worshiped Marino. Had posters on every inch of my wall (along with Don Mattingly) and football cards.

Before direct TV and NFL ticket, the only time, besides Monday night football, I got to watch Marino was when they played the Jets or very rarely the Giants. I couldn't wait the entire week to watch him throw the ball

I feel that way for Manning now. I can't wait to see him on Sunday's to see how many times he has that rare incompletion. He is one of those rare qb's where any incompletion, or even a pic, is a huge surprise. It's wierd seeing him throw a pic, because he doesn't do it very often.
