I was going to terminate him as a spammer, but then I saw his other posts and I guess he really is a fan. I suppose threads like that can be allowed, not that they'll get any interest. I didn't change anything.

I'm like zoogies - my first thought was "spammer", until I looked at his other posts. But I didn't change his sig or anything else.
