I hope so, I like what I've heard so far. There seems to be a lot more mutual respect of other schools in the big ten.i think it is a new day, and the hate, which was a product of the big 12 (there is so much to hate in the Big 12), will be left behind.
i'm sure there will be healthy rivalries, but the hatred i feel for mizzou is anything but healthy, and i don't want it in me anymore.Haha. Wait til the games start to measure the amount of hate.
No kidding! the first time Michigan beats us we'll hear nothing for the next year but how they're the 97 champs!Haha. Wait til the games start to measure the amount of hate.
Great post.Correct me if I'm wrong, but isnt most hate/dislike between programs nowadays caused by fanbases. I just really appreciate the way, from what i have read, that Big 10 teams/programs have handled this whole thing. They were all very receptive. So i think it's only prudent to start the whole thing off on a classy note. We're Nebraska, there's a reason why there hasnt been them kind of emoticons before. Just an opinion.
Like we did at Penn State in '82??Hmmmmm...I'd like to see if we can't develop a healthy competiveness with our new conference bretheren. This is something I think we need to re-examine after more than a few seasons - or until the first time we get jobbed by the refs.![]()
