And with regard to interceptions, hard to say if that improved or not, he had less, and his completion percentage went down, but he is barely pushing the ball downfield anymore. Making very few throws that arent incredibly low risk.
This is my argument about the fumbles: Our team needs a really, really good running back for next year. No offense to our youngsters that sit in Mills' wake - but in my opinion we just don't have that.
If we did have that, our QB would be asked to carry the ball fewer times, and thus we'd have fewer QB fumbles.
Obviously we all wish we could go back in time and have Adrian just decide to slide instead of diving forward on his fumbles - which is usually how he winds up coughing up the ball.
