Akron Game Weather

So 30 minute delay, minimum. The good news is that the severe storm is south of Lincoln & moving away. Not much behind it for a few hours, so I don’t expect much delay once the game gets underway, even if it is an hour from now.

Yeah my guess is that they start up again at 8. Let's hope that is the case.

There’s 0 chance this game gets played. f#&%ing rediculous they didn’t move it up a couple hours. And I don’t care if that would have screwed up fox’s Tv schedule.

This is shaping up to be about as good as can be expected, given the threat.

1) The severe track is staying consistently south of Lincoln (not that they won't see rain).

2) Big gap between the storms moving past Lincoln over the next hour and the stuff FAR behind. Means a good chunk of game should get played once underway, without lightning threat.

3) Meteorologically, there is convective inhibition between the storms south of Lincoln and the storms back behind. Means new storms in that space are less likely.

Correct once that severe storm to the east of lincoln gets further away we will be good to go.

No we won’t. There’s a worse storm coming.

Wait you’re the weather person. My internet says there are tstorms for the next 5 billion hours though.
