I haven't decided how to do it.  Just one sub-forum that stays the same each year?  New offers go into that forum?

You could do new portal offers there, then separate them out by year? Or just label them by year?

Graham Mertz being on the list means the author is absolutely clueless. But I really, really hope a team we play picks up Mertz.
