I'm impressed! I always like the alternates. No they're never gonna please everyone but they are fun for the kids and really that's all that matters. It's alternatives meaning in place of and its once a year. So maybe they aren't always mindful of traditional colors, lettering, whatever else people find to gripe about. GBR!

In the video you are seeing the player put his gloves up in front to make the n logo I believe.Also the undershirt has an N on it.
