Can someone please explain this one to me. Before Taylor was roughed up, we had the ball 1st and 20 on our own 21 yard line. After the 15 yard penalty, we still had it first and 20 on the 21 yard line....Am I missing something?...

Taylor was passed the line of scrimmage when he threw the ball, so the penalties off set each other.

Should he have been thrown out of the game though? I thought I heard the espn guys say something like that during the game...
