Andy C is back

got a feeling andy is gonna be on a very short leash.

everyone where i work is say, "oh this is just like PHILLIPS!!! ZOMG!1!!!1" and bo is just doing what osborne did: giving a serial offender a pass so he can help the team. i work with a couple of missouri 'fans' who say pinkle would NEVER EAVAH tolerate this from a player.

the thing is, the public think in terms of what a bad or wayward player brings to the team. doak ostergard turned it around and said in so many words, "what's life gonna be like for the kid if he *DOESN'T* have the team?"

in phillips case, i probably wouldn't have matter. maby not so with andy. time will tell.

In all honesty, NOBODY knows exactly what happened as there was many people in the bar and they were all drunk. Do all of you believe 100% that AC actually did it? or are you just going by what the media says? Were you there? If not, I would suggest to just sit down and shut up. I'm not saying he for sure didn't do it or that he for sure did it, but he was found not guilty and thats good enough for me. You people need to lighten to the f#*k up and not act like you all are perfect angels.

Not to mention, Who the f#*k goes to a bar with a short skirt and no underwear? Wtf? Put some f'ing clothes on.

:yeah Well put!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm glad that he's back on the team and with honesty he was found not guilty. There was a lack of evidence to support the prosecutors. You got to give credit to Andy for pleading guilty for the resisting arrest because he knew that he did it. If I was in his shoes and some cop was going to arrest me for these charges, I probably would've done the exact same thing because I'm not going to jail for something that I didn't do and I'm sure all of you would say the same thing.

If Andy f's up after this then we'll kick him off the team. Lets all wish him luck and lets support this kid in one of his toughest times as a teenager and player.

People are freakin' out about this. It's not like AC is going to come back and suddenly Nebraska is going to move up to number one in the polls. In fact, we probably won't even notice any change in how the offensive line plays once he comes back.

Did he make a huge mistake? Yes. Do I think he did it? Eh...not really sure. I wasn't there. Do I think Pelini made the right choice? Not really sure. I don't know all the facts; I just know what the media has told me and I take what the media tells me with a grain of salt.

I feel the worst for Kevin Dixon! Most people are saying "AC was found innocent give him another chance." Kevin had the charges dropped and still got kicked off! I hope for the sake of reason something happened behind closed doors that we don't know about. Like he said F you Bo and blew a hit in his face :D I wish we knew, just so we could put this issue to bed.

Just to clarify one thing. AC was arrested for fondling a woman and was acquitted while Phillips cave manned up a wall and drug a woman down the stairs in which he plead guilty. To me, this isn't even a fair comparison. One was a brutal crime while the other was handed a not guilty verdict. I've always been told that typically when a player leaves for undisclosed reasons they tested positive on a random drug test. Rather than drag them through the mud, the University just lets them quit. I have no idea whether or not this is what happened with Dixon, but it is a possibility. I'm still surprised they let AC back on the team regardless of the sexual assault charges as he still plead no contest to resisting arrest and assault on police equipement or whatever that other charge was.
