Anyone Else Having Problems Accessing HB?

I'm finally able to get on the site here. I've been trying all morning, but I kept getting an error message. HB isn't hosted in KS is it?

It's been down for me for a while, not sure as to the reason, probably some maintenance on the server or modifications by Blackshirt.
