Yes, the pain started at around 4:00pm on Tuesday and started on the low end of the pain scale and went up from there. By the time I left work at 8:00pm it was at an 8 or 9 on the pain scale and I was bent over in pain. I thought maybe it was just the stomach flu and I was being a wuss. I got home at around 8:30pm and rolled around on the floor until 9:45pm and then decided something was seriously wrong and called my brother as he had his appendix taken out last summer. I didn't have all the symptoms of appendicitis, but I had the same symptoms he did so we were a little different than most people. We didn't have nauseau and diarrhea which most people have with appendicitis. They did some blood work on me and my white count was up to 21,000 where the normal range is between 4,000 to 11,000 so it was showing them that I had an issue. By 12:45am I was on the operating table and the surgery was over by about 1:30am to 1:45am. Got out of the hospital 2:00pm on Wednesday. I have three incisions on my stomach, one right below my belly button, one to the left of my belly button and one right above my pelvic bone. The one to the left of my belly button is killing me because that was where they put the camera. It's a little better today and I'll tell ya my pain pills are my best friend right now. :lol:Did it hurt a little bit?
